Looking for a little extra comfort? Camp Oski's enclosed year-round cabins offer coffee makers, microwaves, mini-fridges, and private ensuite bathrooms with showers. Each cabin includes one queen bed, one bunk bed (2 twin mattresses), and a loft with two mattresses. We offer 3 adult Comfort Cabin packages. Contact us if your group size doesn't fit the below or if you are bringing kids.

- California State Sales Tax: 1.6% of reservation fee
- Tuolumne County Transient Occupancy Tax: 3% of reservation fee
- A $14/day/camper Fire Assessment Fee;
- Due to rising wildfire risks in California, fire insurance costs have surged, with fewer providers offering coverage. Our venue, The Lair, like many others, has been hit hard by these increases, which are now its most unpredictable expense. To help offset this burden, a Fire Assessment Fee is included in all bookings.
Cancelations
- All sales are final.
- Pre-sale reservations are fully refundable (minus processing fee) until March 1, 2025.
- After March 1, 2025, all reservations are transferrable but not refundable.
- We recommend that you purchase trip insurance to cover any potential cancelations (more info below).
- Final payments on pre-sale passes are due May 1, 2025.
- Final payments not received by May 1, 2025 are subject to cancellation.
- The Lair and/or BMF reserve the right to deduction transaction fees from any refunded payments.

Meyer and Associates, a partner of the Lair of the Golden Bear and Cal Alumni Association, offers two travel insurance plans through Travel Insured International (TII) as options. If you have any questions about the coverage provided by TII, please email Meyer and Associates directly at hello@meyerandassoc.com or call them at 866.679.7836. Their team is well versed in the insurance policies they offer, and their insurance is available to all campers.
