Support the festival and our hard-working artists! 100% of all Patron fees directly fuel BMF's mission to bring those special, hard-to-get artists to the stage, enhancing the music experience for everyone at BMF.
Extra perks for the whole gang! Becoming a Patron invites you to an intimate community of music lovers who want to share in BMF music discovery year-round. Tuesday Night Music Club is our monthly online gathering for Patrons to get to know each other and receive a sneak peek at artists we are considering for the festival. The cabin membership extends benefits to all your cabin mates.
Great for groups! Coming to the festival with friends? Purchase multiple cabin memberships and our reservation team will work with you to get everyone as close together as possible.
Here's HOW
Date & Time: On Thursday, December 7th, at 12 pm PT, the Patron page goes live.
The sign-up process: Click on the signup link (https://bearmusicfest.com/bmf-patrons) as close to noon PT as possible. There is usually a rush in the first 5-10 minutes.
Cabin allocation: Cabins are assigned in timestamp order of the submitted and received payments. (Pro tip: have your credit card details ready!) You will be asked for a first and second-choice cabin. If you are flexible (ie. "any small cabin"), you can select that as well. If your first and second-choice cabins are not available, we will contact you to discuss other good options. Camp maps of cabins are available here.
Cabin deposits: The Patron fee is an additional membership fee and NOT your cabin deposit. You will still have to pay your cabin deposit by Feb 2024. As long as you do that, your spot in line is held and you will get the first pick of cabins.
Here's HOW MUCH
Sliding scale: Membership starts at $25 if you only want the community benefits such as Tues Night Music Club. The minimum contribution is $150 if you want the preferred cabin selection benefit. Feel free to give more; it enhances the quality of the BMF experience for everyone. Your support is truly appreciated! 😊

NOTE: Patron memberships are non-refundable and cannot be applied to a future year. Patrons membership is a separate fee from your cabin/pass costs. You do not need to become a Patron to attend BMF.
