That's right! Our long winter hibernation is finally over (admittedly we hit the snooze button a few too many times). But spring is here at last and that means it's time to make your plans for this year's Bear Music Fest.
First things first, head over to our reservation page and get started. With just a small deposit you can "call dibs" on a cabin and figure the rest out later. Small and medium cabins sold out quick last year, so don't wait!
Two New Reservation Features
We're stoked to introduce a new approach to reserving cabins and passes for BMF 2017. We understand it may seem "unfamiliar" at first, but in the end it will make it simpler for you, your friends and family to track cabins, passes and payments. Plus we are offering you great discounts for sharing the Bear Music Fest love with others!
- BMF Guest Accounts: In order to reserve a cabin, you will create your own Bear Music Fest Guest account. This dashboard will be your portal for all reservations and payments.
- BMF Groups: By creating a "group" you will receive your own custom group URL to share with your friends and family. Instead of going to our main site, they will use your special link to reserve cabins connected to your group. You can select cabin placements preferences and see who will be joining you at the festival in real time as they sign up.
- And because we LOVE YOU... for every person who joins, the whole group receives an additional 1% off the price of their festival passes up to a whopping 25% discount!
The bigger your group, the bigger your discount so get sharing.
Important Dates
- April 26, 2017 — Reservations for cabins and passes officially open.
- July 1, 2017 — Group discounts for passes are locked in.
- July 15, 2017 — Pass payment balances are due.
- Sept 8, 2017 — Bear Music Fest 2017 kicks off!
